Level 2 response means that a state of emergency has been declared by State or Federal officials, including restrictions on gatherings with a specific number of people (250 or more).

• All VHC Wellness Policy guidelines will be in place (see link)

• All LEVEL 1 Response measures remain in place as applicable (see link below)

• Suspension of all children's ministries including nursery and AWANA

• Student ministries (middle school/high school) may continue if necessary precautions are taken

• If public schools are closed, Hopetown Creative Learning will suspend as well

• Congregational services will continue to be held, but with a modified format and length

• Life Groups will continue to meet (at the discretion of each group leader)

• Food Assistance Services will continue to operate (Backpack program & Food Pantry)

• Church Offices remain open with regular office hours

• GRATIS Community Store remains open

• New Creation Counseling & Recovery remains open
